Hose tail drips

I've got a few connections where my hose tails attach, and lately, I've seen some steady drips coming from them. It's not a gush, but it's consistent enough. I'm concerned about water loss and potential issues down the line. Has anyone dealt with this before? What's usually the culprit? Is it just a matter of tightening the clamps, or could it be something more serious like a cracked fitting or a worn-out hose tail? I'm open to all suggestions, from quick fixes to more long-term solutions.

Definitely check your clamps, probably a hose tail leak, they can loosen up over time or don't get tightened enough from the start, next bet should be to inspect the hose tails themselves for cracks or damage coz rubber can degrade when exposed to heat or chemicals

You can try tightening first, but if it still drips, inspect for cracks or dry rot, those can cause steady leaks over time
